That’s why we’ve brought together a team of amazing, compassionate and motivational women for you, each highly accomplished in their own areas of expertise, who want to see you succeed in living your best life.

Over 12 months, beginning with an immersive 4 day stay with us in beautiful Suffolk, and continuing with monthly personalised coaching sessions to keep you on track, we’ll help you work through your biggest day-to-day challenges so you can live without regret or reservation.

Because all our clients’ needs are different, we’ll always ensure that you only work with coaches who are the right fit for you. Input from your chosen mix of coaches is ordered and scheduled in a way optimum effect - building on sustainable progress month by month.

Our lead coach will oversee the planning and coordination of your sessions, making sure every moment of coaching is in keeping with your needs and preferences. And throughout your Santalan journey, she will constantly evaluate and steer the coaching programme for maximum success.

So empowerment and balance is essential for establishing long and fulfilled lives with financial security, good health and wellbeing, continual learning and personal growth.     Throughout my coaching, business activities and personal life, sustainability is always close to my heart. I believe that we need to focus on sustaining women just as much as we do on sustaining the planet, and this comes across in my coaching philosophy.

    As a registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach, my particular interest is in women’s health and all things hormone related. Tailoring my sessions to your unique, individual needs you’ll come away with a bespoke plan to support your busy lifestyle so you can live each day with more energy, motivation and wellbeing.

    We’ll apply my whole-body 360 degree approach to your health and wellbeing. This approach means our sessions will not only explore your nutrition but also look at sleep, stress, movement, motivations and establishing positive, long-term habits. Supporting women to become their own health advocates, whether improving nutrition or making adjustments in food choices to help manage certain symptoms or conditions is so rewarding. I’m excited to meet you and help you find your perfect balance.

    I’m a personal stylist, brand ambassador and colour lecturer at the London College of Style. As a personal stylist, I specialise in transforming confidence, and have appeared on Channel 5, Heart FM and Sunday Times style as well as multiple podcasts. So as you can tell, I love what I do.

    I’m a strong believer that style starts from within, which makes me a natural fit with the Santalan coaching philosophy. My joy comes from helping women navigate times of change in their life, so they can keep a strong connection with who they are on the inside, and confidently present their authentic self on the outside.

    Fully qualified with two diplomas from the London College of Style in Personal Styling and Advanced Colour Consultation, I’ve enjoyed an amazing career and gained a wealth of experience which I share in my styling sessions.

    I’ll guide you through a transformational process that results in the best version of you, introducing you to tools that help you understand your body shape and the power of colour. You’ll feel yourself again, feel a stronger inner connection and with a boost of confidence you’ll be ready to take on the world.

    You’ll be glad to know I don’t believe in strict dieting, over-exercising or ‘magic’ pills. Everything you do with me is based on scientifically-based, personalised improvements based on your individual symptoms and 30+ years of research and experience.

    It’s my great passion to assist women in identifying exactly where their individual issues lie and pinpoint the changes they can make to achieve the life they most desire.
